We allow childred ages 5 to 15. Our goal is to give each child individual attention, and givedea of what it means to own a horse. Each week our camp will focus on 10 to 12 children. Children will learn a variety of horsemanship skills: Everyone will have a great time (and come home dirty). We will maximize the time spent with the horses. The kids will learn how to ride a horse and depending on individual experience, training will be given accordingly. Kids will bring lunch each day, except Friday. Pizza, ice cream, and drinks will be provided. Everyday is snowcone day this hot summer.

1. Horse safety.

2. Horse Anatomy (basics).

3. Grooming.

4. Tacking the horse.

5. Riding.

6. Mucking stalls.. Learning how to lunge a horse.

8. Bathing the horses.

9. Cleaning tack.

Camps will include lots of other activities including activities involved in our birthday parties. There will be roping, relay races, horse painting, water fun, (bring a bathing suit for our firehoses), egg and spoon races on ground (and horseback), and much more.

Camps will run Monday through Friday. (9:15 a.m. 3:30 p.m.)
